Wedesday - Red lentil soup
Thursday - Cauliflower cheese soup
Friday - French onion soup
Saturday - Vegetable soup
Sunday - Parsnip soup
Main Courses
Monday
Roast chicken - requested by Beryl for her birthday!
Tuesday
Steak and mushroom pie.
Wednesday
Roast pork with apple sauce.
Thursday
Baked gammon and pineapple.
Friday
Turkery casserole or turkey in a mushroom sauce with rice.
Saturday
Sausages in a rich onion gravy.
Sunday
Roast lamb and mint sauce.
All main courses are served with potatoes and a selection of seasonal vegetables.
Desserts
A selection of gateaux, trifles, steamed and milk puddings from the trolley, made fresh every day. Cheese and biscuits.
Wine
White: Australian Semillon Chardonnay Red: Australian - Shiraz Cabernet.
Alternative Meals
Alternatives are always available on request - perhaps a salad or something light.
Visitors are welcome to stay for lunch, and Residents may dine with their guests in the activity room
